Our Training Approach

We offer four age groups that mirror common structures in OBA, PWSA, Little League, and USSSA

 

  • Minor (4,5,6,and 7 years old):  Essential movements and age-appropriate game concepts to build a strong athletic foundation
  • Pre-junior (8,9, and 10 years old): Refining mechanics while fostering focus, consistency, and competitive awareness through structured, game-ready drills.
  • Junior (11,12,and 13 years old):  Elevating and fine-tuning mechanics with a strong emphasis on leadership, game strategy, and age-appropriate strength conditioning 
  • Senior (14,15, 16, and 17 years old): Mastering advanced mechanics and competitive play while building power, precision, leadership, and mental resilience through high-intensity training and showcase-focused preparation

Build Balance, Velocity & Command from the Ground Up


This focused clinic is designed to introduce pitchers to the fundamentals of pitching mechanics while laying the groundwork for advanced development. Through high-rep drills, strategic instruction, and age-appropriate conditioning, players will gain confidence, control, and game-ready skills.

  • Intro to breaking ball: velo vs. command
  • Pick-offs, cut-offs, and slide pitch techniques

All plans include one free initial evaluation and one final assessment. Video recording is optional also at no charge

Make‑Up, Cancellation & Attendance Policy

Make‑Up Classes

The academy understands that occasional absences are unavoidable, and we offer make‑up classes as a courtesy to help players stay on track. All make‑ups must be scheduled in advance and are subject to space and coach availability. Make‑up sessions must be completed within the same training cycle and cannot be carried over, credited, or refunded.


Cancellation Guidelines

Players may cancel up to 15% of the total sessions in their training cycle and remain eligible for make‑ups. Cancellations beyond this percentage, as well as same‑day cancellations or no‑shows, are not eligible for make‑ups, credits, or refunds. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice fall within the make‑up policy; those made with less notice do not qualify.


Academy‑Initiated Cancellations

The academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, facility issues, or coach availability. In these cases, a make‑up opportunity will be provided.
